About this Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Data Analytics Manager, as the EDMS Content Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overarching system architecture of the EDMS platform.
This hands-on role will see you working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that the EDMS continues to meet business requirements and stakeholder expectations.
Specifically, you will:
- Work with stakeholders and external vendors to drive and manage further improvements to the system, process and controls
- Provide training, coaching and guidance on the use of the EDMS and associated document management processes for new and existing staff
- Provide leadership and champion the consistent use of established document management practices across all departments, ensuring ongoing alignment with accreditation standards for corporate documentation
- Monitor and review the effectiveness of document management practices (content creation, editing, publishing and retention) and make recommendations for improvement
- Establish and run a community of practice to promote the exchange of ideas and knowledge between document authors and publishers across RFDS SA/NT

You are:

To be considered for the role you require:
- Demonstrated experience in championing established document management practices within medium and/or large size organisations
- Hands on experience in authoring and publishing content in SharePoint 365 and MS Teams
- Demonstrated experience following and implementing ISO 9000
Your application would be enhanced by experience in the ICT, Health, Engineering or Construction fields, and a relevant tertiary qualification.
