This position is responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative support as a key member of the Donor Services function within the Community Fundraising team. The main focus of this role is to foster positive relationships with donors and ensure that they feel valued and informed about their contributions.



This role is offered three days a week working Monday, Wednesday and Friday (22.8 hours a week).



About you


- Understanding of donor management and donor segmentation.
- Proven track record with CRM data entry and database management (Raiser’s Edge desirable).
- Excellent customer service.
- A high level of attention to detail and integrity.
- Good financial literacy, including the ability to undertake donation processing and bank reconciliations.



About the role


- Donor Care & Engagement: 
Deliver timely, professional donor care across phone, email, mail and face‑to‑face, including managing enquiries and donor acknowledgements.
- Donations, CRM & Administration: 
End‑to‑end donation processing, accurate data entry and record management, banking administration, and general fundraising administration.
- Fundraising & Operational Support: 
Support fundraising activities and programs such as regular giving, merchandise, appeals, events and other programs during peak times, while contributing to team activities and assisting with general fundraising tasks.
