About the Role

Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS), have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Dental Assistant to join our growing team as we work to build and improve on our existing services as follows:

• Mobile and fixed dental clinics providing dental services to the scenic communities of North-West, North, East coast and Island communities of Tasmania
• Paid time for travel and administrative duties
• Flexible rosters and rotations for part-time roles
• Close and dedicated clinical team
• Bringing much-needed dental care to the rural and remote Tasmanian communities

Your Skills

You will need:

• Certificate III, or higher, in Dental Assisting (we will consider applicants without a qualification with demonstrated experience),
• Ability and knowledge to comply with sterilisation and infection control protocols,
• Proven ability to work well in a team environment,
• Reliability, integrity and a positive work ethic
• Ability to travel and stay away throughout the week
