Clinical Governance Advisor
- Play a key role supporting clinical governance, quality and safety across a statewide aeromedical and primary health service
- Work closely with senior clinical leaders to drive accreditation readiness, compliance and continuous improvement
- Diverse role spanning policy, risk, complaints, audits and governance frameworks
- Full-time, 6-month fixed term opportunity based in Jandakot with hybrid flexibility and free onsite parking
About the team
We support the delivery of safe, high-quality care across RFDS WA through strong clinical governance, accreditation and continuous improvement frameworks. Working closely with clinical and operational stakeholders, we oversee quality systems, manage risk, support audits and accreditation, and ensure feedback and complaints are translated into meaningful improvements. You’ll be joining a small, collaborative team of four led by experienced clinical governance leaders.
About the role
- Support clinical governance activities including accreditation, audits, policy development, risk management and compliance
- Coordinate complaints, feedback and quality improvement initiatives to strengthen patient safety and service delivery
- Maintain governance documentation, reporting and control systems to ensure accuracy, consistency and regulatory alignment
About you
- Current AHPRA registration with a background in nursing, paramedicine or a related clinical discipline
- Experience working within clinical governance, quality, accreditation or healthcare compliance environments
- Strong written capability with experience developing policies, reports and governance documentation
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to engage stakeholders across clinical and corporate teams
