Business Administrator
We have an opportunity for a Business Administrator to join us working four days a week at our base in Jandakot. This role will provide high level administrative and secretariat support to a clinical management team.
About the role
- Setting up meeting agendas
- Minute taking and documenting clinical policy and procedures
- Purchasing and invoicing
- Booking flights, accommodation, and vehicles
- Background knowledge in auditing processes
About you
- Experience working in an administration role (in a clinical setting is highly desirable)
- Experience with meeting agendas and minute taking
- Strong skills in using Excel and Word
- The ability to adapt to internal databases and pick up new skills easily
- A team player, who is self-motivated and keen to work in a fast-paced role
- Exceptional task prioritisation skills, with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- The ability to adapt to change and the flexibility to move from one task to another with short notice
- A keen problem solver and happy to point out ways to improve efficiencies
- Proactive, positive and willing to support others
- Able to collaborate and build strong relationships at all levels
