The Aviation Division delivers safe, responsive aeromedical services across one of the largest and most remote jurisdictions in the world. Working closely with Flight Operations, Engineering, Safety and Clinical teams, you will be a part of a highly collaborative environment focused on safety, compliance and continuous improvement.

About the role

  • Develop, maintain and continuously improve the Aviation Operations Manual Suite and associated documentation supporting flight operations and regulatory compliance across CASR Parts 119, 133, 135 and 141
  • Ensure all aviation documentation aligns with CASA regulations, ICAO standards and internal compliance frameworks
  • Collaborate with Flight Operations, Engineering, Safety and Training teams to translate complex operational and regulatory requirements into clear, accurate and user-friendly documentation

About you

  • Demonstrated experience writing aviation documentation, procedures and SOPs within a technical or operational aviation environment
  • Strong working knowledge of CASA regulatory frameworks, with experience across CASR Parts 119, 135, 133 and or 141
  • Proven ability to collaborate with aviation and engineering subject matter experts to accurately capture operational and technical requirements
  • High attention to detail with strong written communication skills and the ability to simplify complex information without losing regulatory intent
  • Experience using document management systems, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high quality outputs within defined timeframes
