The Royal Flying Doctor Service South Eastern Section (RFDSSE) are seeking an experienced Fundraising Campaign Manager to join on us on a 10 month contract basis to lead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of high‑performing fundraising campaigns across multiple channels. This role suits a strategic, data‑driven marketer who thrives in a purpose‑driven environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage end‑to‑end fundraising campaigns across print, digital, and supporter journeys

• Develop campaign strategies, budgets, timelines, and creative briefs

• Collaborate with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams

• Analyse results, report on performance, and optimise for growth

• Elevate donor experience through compelling storytelling and segmentation

What experience you'll bring:

• Experience delivering multi‑channel fundraising or marketing campaigns

• Strong project and stakeholder management capability 

• Data‑driven approach with excellent attention to detail

• Experience with fundraising or CRM systems (desirable)
