Royal Flying Doctor Service South Eastern Section (RFDSSE) Dubbo is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Visitor Experience & Education Officer to join our team on a fixed-term parental leave contract until 30 June 2027.
This role is responsible for delivering and expanding the RFDSSE Education program across schools and community interest groups, while supporting the Visitor Experience operation through stakeholder engagement and visitor services.

About the role

• Deliver and coordinate education programs for schools and community groups
• Manage school and group bookings for visitor experience activities
• Assist in planning and coordinating events and engagement activities
• Support visitor experience operations and customer service delivery
• Liaise with internal departments, ambassadors, volunteers, and external stakeholders
• Contribute to visitor engagement planning and reporting
• Manage Ambassadorial program coordination, training and rostering 
• Respond to enquiries and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience in Education, Customer Service and desirable in Tourism & Events
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong administration and coordination skills
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office 365
• Professional and friendly approach to customer service
• Proficient in using computers, POS systems, and completing end of day reconciliations 
• Creative, organised and skilled in group facilitation and presentations
• Strong in time management, diary coordination and reporting 

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work a rotating roster across 7 days, including some public holidays & occasional after-hours activities. This will include the ability to work 1 weekend per month
• Valid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• Tertiary qualifications in Education, Administration or relevant industry experience(desirable)
