Team Assistant - Part Time
The Royal Flying Doctor Service South Eastern Section (RFDSSE) is an iconic Australian organisation with a proud and enduring history. As we move toward our 100year anniversary, our name remains firmly established as a trusted healthcare provider to the communities we support.
Based in Surry Hills, this role provides essential, administrative support to the Office of the CEO. It is a busy and varied position that requires someone adaptable, proactive, and comfortable managing shifting priorities throughout the workday.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Delivering timely accurate administrative support to the Office of the CEO and the Executive Assistant
- Maintaining office supplies and amenities
- Assisting with functions and events as required
Essential Criteria for the role:
- Experience in administrative positions
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, enjoys building relationships
- Proficient meeting minute taker
This role is a permanent part-time position that requires office attendance daily with the hours of 8am – 12pm or 9am –1pm.
