About this Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer you will play a pivotal finance role where you will drive financial sustainability and strategic growth of RFDS SA/NT.  As Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with an allocated Division EGM and senior leaders to deliver high-impact financial insights and supports across budgeting, forecasting, pricing and performance improvement.
Key responsibilities of this role will include –
         Partner with senior stakeholders to support financial planning and decision-making 
         Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes for your allocated division / programs 
         Provide commercial analysis to support pricing and revenue growth 
         Ensure compliance and financial control across projects, grants and contracts 
         Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes
About You
You are a commercially astute finance professional with -
         Minimum 4 years’ experience in finance business partnering or professional accounting
         Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
         Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g. TechnologyOne, NetSuite, Workday Adaptive Planning)
         Strong understanding of cost drivers, pricing strategies, and long-term financial and operational planning
Your strong technical capabilities are enhanced by several soft skills, including -
         Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
         Proven problem-solving and analytical thinking
         Collaborative mindset with a focus on sustainable growth
Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance and a related discipline are essential, together with CPA or CA qualified (or working towards).
