About this Opportunity


Reporting to the Stakeholder Relations Manager, the Corporate Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting RFDS SA/NT projects across healthcare, aviation, technology, community development, and innovation. The role translates business strategies into clear, purposeful messaging, delivering communications that engage audiences, align teams, and support strategic goals.

This integral role specifically involves:


• Lead communications planning and delivery for key RFDS SA/NT projects.
• Support strategic and event-based communications, including content development (e.g., newsletters, presentations, speech notes) and coordination with internal/external partners to produce timely, brand-aligned materials.
• Maintain an integrated engagement calendar to align internal and external communications, ensuring consistency, workforce awareness, and stakeholder engagement across the organisation.

About You


You are:


• An excellent communicator with strong presentation, writing, and verbal skills.
• Skilled at building relationships and collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experienced in planning and delivering effective, multi-channel communication campaigns.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage projects independently, on time and within budget.

To be considered for the role you require:


• Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or related discipline or substantial relevant experience.
