About this Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Reception Team Lead, as our next Receptionist – Administration Assistant, you will be the face of our Adelaide Base!
Specifically, you will be motivated to:
• Manage and direct enquiries (via phone and email) and visitors at our Adelaide facility.
• Complete all duties associated with mail management, including management of RFDS SA/NT’s Australia Post franking account.
• Contribute to the facilities management of RFDS SA/NT’s Adelaide base, including pool vehicle management
• Complete travel bookings, stationery management, catering, document management and further general administrative duties.
About You
You are:
• Experienced in the delivery of reception and administrative services ideally within a multi-disciplinary or geographically dispersed organisation
• A people person! You enjoy interacting and communicating with stakeholders across all levels
• Organised, self-motivated and pride yourself on your prioritisation skills
