About this Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Head of Aircraft Airworthiness and Maintenance Control, the Technical Records Officer is responsible for the provision of high-level administrative support to the HAAMC to facilitate management of aircraft airworthiness and Maintenance Control for the RFDS SA/NT aircraft fleet across the maintenance bases.
We believe our people – all of our people – keep the Royal Flying Doctor Service flying.
Specifically, you will:
• Support management of aircraft airworthiness.
• Maintain aircraft technical records, including logbook management and updates.
• Preparation and auditing of maintenance documentation (including Work Packages), to ensure planned maintenance requirements are met.
• Assist as required with maintenance planning and document control.

About You
You have:
• A working knowledge of aircraft maintenance requirements.
• A good understanding of relevant CASA regulatory requirements.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• High levels of initiative and drive.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Time management skills, and ability to meet short deadlines
• Knowledge of WinAir maintenance control software (desirable).
