About this Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Fundraising and Supporter Experience Manager as the Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for the innovative build, execution and analysis of multi-channel direct marketing campaigns.
We believe our people – all of our people – keep the Royal Flying Doctor Service flying.
Specifically, you will:
Build and deliver direct marketing campaigns
Contribute to the campaign production process
Partner with the fundraising team to integrate campaign engagement tactics
Capture and translate meaningful data in alignment with compliant legislation
Support the Fundraising & Supporter Experience Manager by:
o Contributing insights to inform the fundraising strategy
o Undertaking campaign expenditure planning and income forecasting
o Contributing to the attraction of sustainable and long-lasting donor support
About You
You are:
Exceptional communicator – verbally and in writing
Productive and able to work autonomously within a small, dynamic team environment
Highly organised, with a high attention detail to manage delivery of multiple projects
To be considered for the role you require:
Working knowledge of direct marketing principles
Proven experience in developing a marketing campaign from concept to execution
A sound understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases
