The Royal Flying Doctor Service South-Eastern Section is a leading provider of health services to remote areas of NSW, SA and QLD. The Royal Flying Doctor Service provides primary health care, health education, preventative and public health, emergency and retrieval services.
What is the Keeping Healthy Purra Manti Program?
The Keeping Healthy Purra Manti Program (KHPMP) is an RFDSSE-managed Primary Health Network program for Chronic Disease Management. RFDSSE is the provider of the KHPMP and the program functions within Primary Health Services.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Project Officer for the Keeping Healthy Purra Manti Program who will coordinate and maintain the project objectives, being responsible for the day-to-day activities and relationships within the program operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve contract KPI's;
Maintain contract relations with partners.
Maintain financial activities with subcontracted services and internal financial processes;
Liaise and report on the program progress to internal and external stakeholders;
Community engagement and health information sharing with communities.
Role Requirements:
Well-developed written and verbal communications skills;
Good time management and organisational capabilities;
Attention to detail;
Knowledge of local communities and have a genuine interest in improving health outcomes;
Previous experience working in health-related services provision.
