The Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) is one of the world’s largest and most respected aeromedical organisations. The Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section) (RFDS) is looking for a highly experienced, self-motivated, and engaging individual to join the Digital and Technology team in the role of a Functional Application Analyst.
They will be collaborating with end-users, vendors and internal stakeholders to assist with the functional support of the RFDS business critical clinical systems.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide support for the applications required by RFDS such as SharePoint, JIRA, Air Maestro, Medical Director, Best Practise and other related applications
- Analyse current workflows and identify areas for improvement, design processes in collaboration to align with business goals
- Assist with configuration and refinement of system functionality to align with revised business processes
- Liaise with SME’s, technical teams, and the vendor to resolve functional queries and support delivery outcomes
- Validate that the delivered solution meets functional requirements and assist with UAT as required
Who are we looking for?
- A skilled communicator and collaborator, able to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Complex problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical issues and solutions in simple easy to understand language
- Experience implementing and supporting clinical or other business systems
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience
