This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, has a sharp eye for detail, enjoys using advanced Excel skills and CRM systems to manage, analyse, and improve data processes.

You’ll be proactive in solving problems, and passionate about leveraging accurate data to drive meaningful outcomes that support the life-changing work of the RFDS across rural and remote Queensland.

Duties include:

  • Ensure accurate and reliable data within the CRM system to support fundraising activity and maintain data integrity

  • Collaborate with the team to streamline processes, support user testing, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage supplier data requirements by preparing exports and ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with protocols
  • Support innovation by contributing to projects that enhance the supporter experience and improve team outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, and assist with training and general data support as needed
You’ll need to demonstrate:

  • Attention to detail and natural problem-solving ability to ensure data accuracy and resolve issues efficiently
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, data integrity checks, and duplicate management
  • Experience with CRM/database systems, including importing/exporting data and maintaining clean records
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – including a professional and confident telephone manner
