We’re looking for a solutions-focused Remuneration & Reporting Specialist (internally known as a Reward and Reporting Specialist).
In this role, you’ll support the development and implementation of frameworks, policies, and procedures that shape how we approach remuneration and rewards.

You’ll play a key role in delivering meaningful analysis of People data, identifying trends and generating insights that help diagnose business issues, strengthen employee engagement, and enhance overall organisational performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Research and analyse industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices in remuneration and total reward
  • Develop and implement a Remuneration & Reward Strategy
  • Deliver job evaluations, and position description analysis, with Remuneration advice based on industry benchmarking using Korn Ferry (Hay) methodology
  • Manage employee benefits portfolio and liaise with external providers to improve the offering
  • Support the annual remuneration review process
  • Analyse data and prepare reports through story telling with actionable insights
  • Lead submissions for industry and government reporting (e.g. WGEA, Korn Ferry)

This is a full-time, maximum-term contract until December 2026, offering hybrid working options and the opportunity to be part of an organisation that genuinely makes a difference.

Who Are We Looking For?
You’re a detail-oriented team player with a curious, data-driven mindset. Your proactive approach and commitment to people will make you a trusted partner across the business. In addition, you will demonstrate:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, People Analytics or a relevant field
  • Experience with the management and understanding of reward plans and benefits and remuneration processes
  • Experience in using Korn Ferry (Hay) methodology including knowledge of job architecture systems and how this links into remuneration practices in an organisation
  • Experience in data analytics and storytelling, with demonstrated experience in producing and presenting insightful reports
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Advanced Excel and data analytics expertise
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving solving and coaching skills
