People Administrator - Max-Term Full Time
Our People Team in Dubbo currently have a full-time 2 year contract for an experienced Administrator.
We're currently in a period of growth and transformation. Following the launch of our HRIS, Pulse, in 2024, the People Team is seeking an Administrator to support the ongoing implementation of the system. This role will also involve coaching and training leaders and employees to ensure they can confidently navigate and utilise Pulse.
The role:
- Provide support to employee's HR requests and queries
- Onboarding and offboarding, including maintenance of employee files, compliance and reporting
- Invoicing and accounts payable actions
- Drafting new employee contracts and variations
You are:
- Strong administrator – if you have worked in a HR team that’s ideal but it’s not essential
- Savvy user of the MS office suites and quickly adapt to new systems and technology
- Highly effective planner and use your organisational skills to easily manage multiple tasks simultaneously, for yourself and others
- Communicator and strong stakeholder manager, who effortlessly and genuinely connects and builds relationships
- Patient and kind problem solver. You love being the go-to in a team! You understand that everyone is different, and you take the time to help people work things out
