The Royal Flying Doctor Service Victoria (RFDS VIC) is pleased to launch its Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Roadmap 2023-26.
The DEI Roadmap 2023-26 is our guiding document on how we will foster reconciliation, cultural awareness, diversity, equality, and inclusion at RFDS Victoria.
This three-year program of work builds and delivers on our commitment to diversity and inclusion. This ensures that the communities we serve, our patients, our clients and all those who choose to work or volunteer with the Flying Doctor in Victoria feel respected, valued and included – no matter who they are.
