Our Mission and Values at RFDS WO acknowledge that our journey requires engagement with the people we serve. We have embraced the approach of person-centred care in our interactions with consumers and that model encourages our staff to interact with patients with dignity and respect, and involve them in all decisions about their health care. Our purpose is to ensure we listen, partner and take action to make our services better.
Together we can continue to improve our services.
Our consumers are at the center of everything we do. All staff and consumers have a role through participating and in sharing their unique experiences and skills.
