Prior to attending your orientation, we would like you to familiarise yourself with the information below, particularly the forms that you may need to complete on your orientation day.
The Royal Flying Doctor Service South Australia & Northern Territory (RFDS SA / NT) has a range of benefits that you can take advantage of as an employee.
The RFDS SA / NT, as a not for profit (PBI), offers an attractive salary packing service to its staff. Community Business Bureau (CBB) manages the administration service for salary packaging. The Salary Packaging policy and further information regarding CBB can be found below.

Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free, confidential and voluntary counselling service provided as a resource to RFDS SA / NT employees and their immediate family. Its aim is to assist with the resolution of personal and work related problems which may affect their work performance or quality of life. Further information about this can be found below.
Learning Management System - LAAMP
LAAMP is available to use for all staff as a learning and development resource. LAAMP is available to download as a Mobile App and can be used on Desktop.

Cultural Protocols Guide
The RFDS SA / NT understands the importance of superannuation and assists employees to plan for their future through our superannuation scheme. Of course, employees may choose to have their superannuation directed to their own existing super funds, or alternatively RFDS SA / NT have their own superannuation fund managed by AMP. Please speak to P&C when you begin to access and download Policies and Procedures relevant to your role. Below are some Policies you should familiarise yourself with upon commencing employment, we suggest you read these before your orientation day and we encourage you to ask any questions on the day.

Many of our employees are covered under Enterprise Agreements. Feel free to save the agreement that applies to you for your own records. The Fair Work Information Statement is relevant to all employees and Casual Information Statement is for casual employees only.
