The Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia (RFDS) is one of the largest and most comprehensive aeromedical organisations in the world. Using the latest in aviation, medical and communications technology, we deliver extensive health care and 24-hour emergency service to those who live in and travel through remote, rural and regional Australia.
The Royal Flying Doctor Service South Eastern Section seeks to appoint Retention and Development Coordinator based at Sydney. This role will be responsible for the implementation of programs day-to-day fundraising operations in line with organisational plans and objectives. This role will coordinate the delivery of the donor retention program across multiple channels to deliver net income and donor targets. A key focus will be on the optimisation of the direct mail program and the maximisation of gifts through offline, digital and other channels for both regular giving and cash donors.
In your role you will:
Coordinate creative assets and content for supporter communications across all channels including direct mail, digital, SMS, telephone and print
Support campaigns across various donor segments by writing briefs, managing data selections, set-up, test and schedule and report on performance
Work together with the Acquisition team to develop and transition membership to the regular giving program donor journey through optimisation of each touchpoint.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance and report back to the relevant stakeholders
With experience in supporter retention, loyalty
programs and/or customer relationship marketing (CRM) strategies to drive
increased engagement, preferably in a fundraising environment, and an understanding
of fundraising streams, you will be able to demonstrate your abilities in:
- Successfully supporting a multichannel supporter retention and development strategy
Writing offline and online materials
Demonstrated ability to analyse and report on KPIs
