Practice Nurse

We currently have a position for an experienced Practice Nurse to work across the RFDS Network and at the Clive Bishop Medical Centre in Broken Hill.

This is a pivotal and varied role in which you will be responsible for:

In this role you will be responsible for;

- Setting up management systems
- Coordinating the patient recall and reminder system
- Managing the Chronic Disease
- Management program.
- Providing quality nursing care to patients across our network, and at the Clive Bishop Medical Centre in Broken Hill.

Essential Criteria for the Role:

- Current general nurse registration (APHRA)
- Previous General Practice experience
- Experiences with EMR (Medical Director)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to prioritise and organise
- Work well in a team and autonomously
- Current drivers license
- Experience in Chronic Disease management Plans
- Experience in undertaking health assessments.
- Current Immunization certification.
