We are looking for an HR professional with proven Employee and Industrial Relations experience to join our HR team. As a Senior HR Advisor you will play a key role in the delivery of our People Strategy through supporting your HR colleagues and the wider business on a broad range of policies, processes, projects and key initiatives.

The position will also be based in our Dubbo office which is currently undergoing an exciting expansion and development.

The Role:

Within this role you will provide services covering multiple areas of Human Resources, including employment/education training, employee development, communications, compensation, benefits, record administration, affirmative action, employee or labour relations, organisational or resource planning, organisational change management or other services.

  • Providing advice and support on all HR policies and processes across the business

  • Providing sound coaching to managers to make good business decisions, in alignment with the business strategy

  • Working with managers with regards to all Employee Relations matters

  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships across a defined stakeholder group

  • Providing expert advice to managers using a consultative and commercially minded approach

  • Working flexibly across all projects and assisting the HR team with any ad hoc employee related matters that may arise

This role will be a key local support function for our traditional bases (including Broken Hill and Dubbo) and your experience dealing with a wide variety of employee relations matters, exceptional customer orientation and excellent communication skills will ensure you can confidently collaborate and communicate with stakeholders from all levels. Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role as we need someone that can join our great team and hit the ground running. Formal qualifications in HR, Business or related discipline will be required.

This role is a great step in to working with a geographically dispersed team who work very collaboratively to support the Royal Flying Doctors Service (SE) in the delivery of their services.
