The Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS), South Eastern Section is offering a truly unique opportunity to work within one of the largest and most comprehensive aeromedical organisations in the world.

Due to exponential growth across the organisation in recent years, we have an opportunity for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our Broken Hill base to provide support on the ground to our team and organisation. Working in conjunction with our Senior People and Culture Advisors and our existing People & Culture Coordinators based in Dubbo & Sydney, this role will offer tremendous growth and development to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities include:

-Support in recruitment activities such as candidate management, coordination of interviews, conducting referee & background checks, preparing letters of offer, visa application process, creating new employee files;
-Assistance with payroll related employee processes, queries, administration and reporting;
-Support the coordination and organisation of projects, learning and development programs and in-house training as required;
-Provide employee relations support to employees.
-As the People and Culture Coordinator, you will play a key role in the delivery of our people strategy in line with business goals.

Essential criteria:

-Demonstrated experience in a similar generalist role and the confidence to provide employee and industrial advice
-Excellent communication skills and strong relationship building ability
-Highly effective planning and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
