Patient Transfer Manager

The Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia (RFDS) is one of the largest and most comprehensive aeromedical organisations in the world. RFDS South Eastern Section is currently looking for a Patient Transfer Manager to join our Dubbo Base.

The Patient Transfer Manager will be responsible for managing the NSW HealthShare contract for non-emergency patient transfer services, and will be accountable for meeting service level and operational targets contained in the contract.

Managing a small team of shift workers to deliver services across Regional and Metropolitan NSW and multiple RFDSSE Bases, the role requires a responsive leader who has good communication, time management skills and works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Ideally you will have experience in a health care, aviation or logistics setting and will be comfortable and accountable for managing service delivery.
