Oral Health Therapist

The Royal Flying Doctor Service South Eastern Section is a leading provider of health services to remote areas of NSW, SA and QLD. The Royal Flying Doctor Service provides primary health care, health education, preventative and public health, emergency and retrieval services.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and suitably qualified oral health therapist to take up the position at our Dubbo Base.

The oral health therapist will be required to fly and drive to communities in the Upper Western Sector to provide child clinical services, as well as be part of our team which provides oral health education and dental services from our new dental van.

The successful applicant will be required to work closely with a Dentist to provide routine dental treatment for children, as well as education and motivation of the children and communities,
to maintain good oral health.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated oral health therapist to provide much needed child dental services to remote and indigenous communities.
