Head of Digital
The Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia (RFDS) is one of the largest and most comprehensive aeromedical organisations in the world. We deliver extensive health care and 24-hour emergency service to those who live in and travel through remote, rural and regional Australia.
To manage this exciting period of growth, the RFDS South Eastern Section is currently looking for a full time Head of Digital to join our busy Marketing and Communications team in Sydney.
The Head of Digital will work with stakeholders to identify scope, develop and implement digital solutions that will support revenue generation and cost efficiency to ensure we provide value for money to our stakeholders.
As Head of Digital you will manage improving process workflow through digital platforms including scoping and developing external digital platforms that extend our audience reach, build deeper engagement with the community and increase revenue; managing the day to day operations of our existing digital platforms as well as continue to develop internal channels to build engagement with our staff.
The successful candidate will have the following requirements/technical competencies:
Tertiary qualification in marketing, digital or digital communications
Demonstrated expertise in change management/business transformation
Extensive experience in creating future proof digital strategy
Demonstrated experience in managing and nurturing agency and supplier relationships
Demonstrated Experience in CRM and targeted digital performance marketing campaigns
Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and digital enablement and training of internal staff
Demonstrated experience delivering, training and using enterprise level digital platforms
Web and intranet Content Management Systems (CMS)
Web and mobile UX design
Cloud based Ecommerce and integrated inventory platforms
Customer Relationship Marketing, platforms and data management
