The Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia (RFDS) is one of the largest and most comprehensive aeromedical organisations in the world. We deliver extensive health care and 24-hour emergency service to those who live in and travel through remote, rural and regional Australia.

The Royal Flying Doctor Service South Eastern Section has an exciting opportunity to appoint an experienced Face to Face Coordinator based at the Sydney office who will be responsible for the ongoing implementation, day to day coordination and oversight of the Face to Face acquisition program with a view to achieving budgeted income and growth targets for supporter acquisition, retention and quality. The individual in this role will coordinate Face to Face and other suppliers and ensure that the Royal Flying Doctor Service is compliant with organisational protocols and relevant legislation and industry.

This exciting opportunity means the chance to secure new individual donors and for the Royal Flying Doctor Service South Eastern Section to diversify its acquisition portfolio.
Skills and Attributes Required
You are an experienced fundraiser with a proven record in Face to Face fundraising. Your skills have been developed from managing Face to Face suppliers or fundraising teams. You will be able to demonstrate your ability in:

• Face to face fundraising, demonstrated experience in leading and managing face to face teams
• ability to engage and liaise with stakeholders and third-party suppliers
• experience in delivering face to face fundraiser training
• budget management skills
• ability to work under pressure with results focus
• strong work ethic, energy and enthusiasm

Desirable Skills

• high level of computer literacy
• experience with Raiser’s Edge
• NSW Drivers license
