Dental Van Driver

The Royal Flying Doctor Service South Eastern Section is a leading provider of health services to remote areas of NSW, SA and QLD. The Royal Flying Doctor Service provides primary health care, health education, preventative and public health, emergency and retrieval services.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, suitably qualified driver to take up the casual position with the dental team, to drive our latest Dental Van to network
locations The driver will be required to drive to communities in the Far West and Upper Western Sector to provide a comprehensive oral health service to remote communities.

The successful applicant will be required to work well with community members, and will be responsible for driving, setting up and packing up the dental van, as well as
general maintenance. They will join our vibrant young dental team, including dentists, dental assistants and oral heath therapist, to help bridge the gap in oral health across Australia.

This position will require over night stays of up to a week, to provide dental services from our fully equipped dental van.

This position would suit some one who has an interest in Community and Public Health, enjoys the challenges of rural life, and is adaptable to changing requirements.

A light rigid driving licence is essential.
