Accounts Receivable/Payroll Officer

This is a Permanent Part-Time Opportunity (60 hours per fortnight)
Job Summary
This role is responsible for delivering a rang of finance related functions including; creating debtor invoices and ensuring accurate allocation of revenue, completion of daily bank reconciliations, processing of payroll to ensure staff are paid on time and accurately and invoice processing.
Job details
In this role you will responsible for:
• Manage fortnightly payroll by collating and entering all leave forms and timesheets
• Implement changes to fortnightly CBB deduction
• Process internal salary packaging as approved by the Finance Manager and GM Corporate Services
• Resolve all employee queries regarding payroll and superannuation
• Be actively involved in clarification/review of finance related policies and procedures
• Ensure all documentation is filed in preparation of interim and final audits
Your skills and experience:
• Accounts receivable experience
• Demonstrated experience in completion of bank reconciliations
• Demonstrated experience in payroll processing
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles
• Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
