The Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia South Eastern (RFDSSE) Section is seeking applications for a highly experienced administrator in the role of Health Service Coordinator based in Broken Hill to work 25 hours per week across 5 short days.
In this role you will provide support & coordination in the areas of:
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of annual clinic roster
- Prepare for network clinics
- Coordinate annual specialist roster
- Identify, escalate and resolve issues and difficulties in Service Delivery
- Assist with the preparation of reports
- Plan and accommodate travel and housing arrangements for staff as required
- Demonstrated organisation and prioritisation skills, including the ability to follow through tasks and meet tight deadlines, electronic diary management;
- A high level of accuracy and confidentiality, and understanding of medical terminology;
- Ability to adapt to a changing workload;
- Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills including the production and proofing of complex documents; and
- Discretion in working with sensitive, personal and confidential information.
