Description

The Royal Flying Doctor Service has been supporting rural and remote communities since 1928 and are there when needed most. In the past 12 months we have delivered over 85,000 occasions of care including Emergency Retrieval, Patient Transfers, Mental Health Consultations, Dental Care and Vaccinations.

We’re currently seeking a Digital Fundraising Specialist to join our Fundraising Team in Surry Hills. This is a Parental Leave cover role that will be responsible for using data to help us drive fundraising revenue via innovative digital campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure digital campaign revenue targets are achieved.
  • Deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Conduct ongoing testing and optimisation for social ads, Google ads, webpages, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Provide detailed campaign updates, generate end-of-campaign reports, and analyse performance.
  • Leverage analytics, testing, and insights to shape digital fundraising strategies.
This role is pivotal in driving fundraising revenue through innovative digital campaigns.

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • A tertiary degree in digital marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Digital Fundraising is a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise with digital marketing platforms and advertising suites.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
