Description

The Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia (RFDS) is one of the largest and most comprehensive aeromedical organisations in the world. Using the latest in aviation, medical and communications technology, we deliver extensive health care and 24-hour emergency service to those who live in and travel through remote, rural and regional Australia.

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Project Officer to join our team in Sydney. This role provides ‘hands on’ support to our Payroll & HR Systems Manager during the implementation of a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and new Payroll system.

The Role

Project Delivery: Experience in directing, organising and controlling project delivery including the ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks

Implementation: Develop project plans, reports and documentation and conduct organisational wide training

Problem Solving: Ability to identify and solve problems, analyse stakeholder needs and propose options and solutions

Innovate: A desire to implement systems, processes and services to help stakeholders achieve business initiatives

About You

• Must have previous experience implementing a HRIS
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and payroll function and processes
• Highly effective administration, planning and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
