Description
The Royal Flying Doctor Service has been supporting rural and remote communities since 1928 and are there when needed most. In the past 12 months we have delivered over 85,000 occasions of care including Emergency Retrieval, Patient Transfers, Mental Health Consultations, Dental Care and Vaccinations and we’re now seeking a Planned Giving Manager to support our ongoing journey of care.
We’re currently seeking a Planned Giving Manager to join our Fundraising team in Surry Hills. This is a newly created role that will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our integrated Planned Giving Strategy.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the development of the Gifts in Wills team and portfolio with a focus on donor stewardship
- Strategic approach across Gifts in Wills acquisition and retention
- Nurture significant relationships
- Cultivate new fundraising ideas and programs
- Management of all open estates
- Experience in people management with strong leadership skills
- Experience working with several stakeholders to deliver complex projects to a timeline
- Knowledge of Estate Management
