Description

The RFDS is Australia’s biggest waiting room. Using the latest in aviation, medical and communications technology, we deliver telehealth and a 24-hour emergency retrieval service to rural and remote Australia.

This is a great opportunity to utilise skills and experience in Administration supporting the Clinical Educator in a full range of training activities across Health Services at the Royal Flying Doctor Service.

  • Full-time Monday to Friday
  • Dubbo location
  • Initial 12 Month Contract (with possible extension)
You’ll be a tech savvy, enthusiastic person who is keen to get their hands dirty, come up with new ideas and support our team to provide the best education for our staff.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordination of training activities and scheduling of all training courses.
  • Administration of courses including inviting candidates, rescheduling changes in activities, booking of rooms, catering and equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of all training and assessment activities across the organisation
  • Develop and maintain training content and deploy via learning management system of learning programs, care plans and reviews
  • Assist in creating digital material (e.g. videos; Zoom links; online forms)
  • Set up, prepare and organise training events
  • Tours and demonstrations of educational facilities
  • Prepare special effects and make up for simulations
The position would suit Candidates who have genuine demonstrated work experience in Administration/Coordination activities associated with Learning & Development programs and are interested in pursuing a career in health education.
