Description

The Royal Flying Doctor Service South Eastern Section (RFDSSE) is one of the largest and most comprehensive aeromedical organisations in the world. Using the latest in aviation, medical and communications technology, we deliver telehealth and a 24-hour emergency retrieval service to rural and remote Australia.

We are currently seeking a new team member to join our Major Gifts Team on a permanent part-time (0.8FTE) basis.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Support to our Philanthropy team (major donor, trust/foundation, and corporate partner programs), including:
  • Database administration
  • Invoicing
  • Workflow and calendar appointments for the fundraising team
  • Internal and external stakeholder communication
  • Travel bookings
  • Formatting funding proposals and reports as guided by the fundraising team.
  • Prospect research to identify individuals and organisations to assist long term growth
  • Creation of PowerPoint presentations and staff briefings for donor meetings
  • Prompt and courteous response to all donor communications .
