‘After leaving Broken Hill 30 years ago, I decided to come home and wasn’t sure what job opportunities I would find back here. Little did I know that I would end up working for an iconic organisation in my hometown. And it’s only a 15-minute drive to my amazing new job. Bye bye long city commute, hello big blue skies, kangaroos and gum trees!’ – Erica
