Description

The Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS), South Eastern Section is offering a truly unique opportunity to work within one of the largest and most comprehensive aeromedical organisations in the world. With the newly established Visitor Experience Centre in Dubbo, we are seeking an individual to join our Outback Trek Cafe as a Food and Beverage Attendant whose passionate about providing excellent customer service on a casual basis.

As our Food and Beverage Attendant your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages.
  • Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment
  • Cleaning service and seating areas
  • Greet customers appropriately and help them decide on a beverage or food when needed.
  • Upsell store items when the opportunity arises
Criteria to be successful in this position, you will be able to meet the following criteria:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Prior relevant experience in a commercial kitchen environment
  • Be punctual, reliable, and conscientious in the performance of all duties
  • Be able to provide full COVID19 Vaccination evidence
Successful applicants will work as part of a team, hours will vary across a 7 day per week roster and public holiday working hours
