The Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS), South Eastern Section is offering a truly unique opportunity to work within one of the largest and most comprehensive aeromedical organisations in the world.

As a Visitor Experience Services Manager, your main responsibilities are:
- Manage, support and inspire the Visitor Experience team through orientation, training, rostering and development
- Reporting, analytics and statistics on visitor experience, marketing, education and event opportunities, outcomes and activities and financial reports
- Promote the retail store by tapping into your creativity to assist with retail display
- Visitor experience marketing, engagement planning and strategic business planning
- Work with the Head of Tourism and the General Manager Corporate Affairs and Fundraising with business development, event and function management to promote the Outback Heritage Visitor Experience
- Demonstrated experience in Retail Operation/staff training/stock display and presentation
- Demonstrated experience in Business Management/accounts reporting, daily reconciliation, staff supervision/ability to lead and motivate staff team
- Demonstrated experience in Marketing and public relations
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proven computer skills and advanced writing skills
- Proven experience in a retail sales or tourism environment are highly desirable
- Willingness to complete Fire Warden training
- Current Unrestricted Drivers Licence with clean driving record
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Infection Control COVID Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
