The Royal Flying Doctor Service South Eastern Section (RFDSSE) is offering a truly unique opportunity to work within one of the largest and most comprehensive aeromedical organisations in the world.
We have a parental leave cover opportunity for a People and Culture Coordinator to join our team at the Broken Hill base. This role provides on the ground people support to our team and organisation. Working in conjunction with our Senior People and Culture Advisors and our existing People and Culture Coordinator based in Dubbo, this role will offer tremendous growth and development to the successful candidate.

- Recruitment activities such as candidate management, coordination of interviews, conducting referee and background checks, preparing letters of offer, visa application process, onboarding of new starters.
- Assistance with payroll related employee processes, queries, administration and reporting.
- Coordination and delivery of projects, learning and development programs.
- Provide employee relations and industrial advice to employees, including enterprise agreements, awards, policies and procedures.
Essential criteria:
- Excellent communication skills and strong relationship building ability.
- Experience in recruitment.
- Highly effective administration, planning and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Have an interest in developing your human resources knowledge and experience.
