Description
Are you looking for a project role that gives you the opportunity to make a difference?
What are we offering;
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture and in collaboration with the People & Culture, Payroll and Finance teams, you’ll be working on a range of key programs, including:
- Setting up, project managing and delivering on P&C projects and system projects (payroll & ESS)
- Ensuring the delivery (and automation) of cyclical events such as the performance cycle and remuneration review, conditions in enterprise agreements, working closely with our P&C and Payroll teams
- Build standardised people reporting for the organisation
- Working closely with payroll on a variety of payroll initiatives
- Experience in managing complex remuneration projects
- Significant end to end HRIS and payroll management experience with a high level of proficiency
- Broad understanding of reward foundations
- A proven track record in proactively identifying process improvements underpinned by legislative compliance and best practice methodologies
- Experience in engaging across the teams and business to collaboratively design solutions
- A flexible work location, can be based out of Sydney, Dubbo, or Broken Hill with remote working options available
