Retention and Development Senior Coordinator
The Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia (RFDS) is one of the largest and most comprehensive aeromedical organisations in the world. Using the latest in aviation, medical and communications technology, we deliver extensive health care and 24-hour emergency service to those who live in and travel through remote, rural and regional Australia.
We’re currently seeking a Retention and Development Senior Coordinator to join us to lead and oversee the delivery of our donor engagement and retention strategies for single giving and regular giving audiences.

We’re currently seeking a Retention and Development Senior Coordinator to join us to lead and oversee the delivery of our donor engagement and retention strategies for single giving and regular giving audiences.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Planning and implementation of single and regular giving programs across multiple channels to deliver ambitious growth targets
- Lead the Individual Giving team and provide guidance and support
- Partner closely with the Data and Supporter Relations Teams to ensure best practice communication and fundraising approaches
- Conduct regular one to one’s, appraisals and identity training needs and opportunities within your team
- Significant experience across marketing, communications or fundraising
- Experience and expertise in developing relationships with single, regular and mid value donors
- Proficient understanding of Fundraising industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Experience in developing innovative tests from the ground up for new platforms and projects
- Evidence of full COVID-19 vaccination
