Description

Executive Assistant

The Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia (RFDS) is one of the largest and most comprehensive aeromedical organisations in the world. Using the latest in aviation, medical and communications technology, we deliver extensive primary health care and 24-hour emergency service to those who live in and travel through remote, rural and regional Australia.
Based in our Sydney Office in Surry Hills this role is required to provide efficient, high quality administrative support to the Business Manager, Office of the CEO to ensure smooth running of the CEO’s office and the Executive Team. It’s a busy and varied role which requires someone with a flexible attitude toward taking on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage CEO and Executive calendar / diary management functions
  • Book travel & accommodation for CEO, Board Members and Executives.
  • Timely, accurate preparation of correspondence, agendas, minutes and other reports.
  • Ensure that the office has supplies and amenities required for operation
Essential Criteria for the Role
  • Extensive experience in administrative positions
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enjoys building relationships
  • Proficient meeting minute taker
  • Evidence of full COVID-19 vaccination
