This aeromedical organisation delivers extensive health care and 24-hour emergency service to those who live in and travel through remote, rural, and regional Australia. Our constant ambition is to provide more health care to more people.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a subject matter expert in Chris 21 and payroll to join us for a 12-month fixed term contract. Working in conjunction with the People and Culture team you will be responsible for leading a number of projects that transforms our payroll to support the changing operations.
The position can be based in either our Dubbo, Broken Hill or Sydney offices and is flexible on hours, however we require a minimum of 30 hours per week.
The Role:
Within this role you will be working across all areas of our operations to ensure that all the changes have been implemented and rolled seamlessly as possible.
Your experience in technical payroll concepts, understanding the variety of employee relations matters, have excellent communication skills and you can confidently collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders will support you in being successful in this role. Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role as we need someone that can join our great team and hit the ground running.
This role is a great step in to working with a geographically dispersed team who work very collaboratively to support the Royal Flying Doctors Service (SE) in the delivery of their services.
