Description
The Royal Flying Doctor Service (South Eastern Section) is a leading and trusted healthcare provider in remote, rural and regional areas of South Eastern Australia. We provide communities across our network with a diverse range of healthcare services as well as emergency retrieval services throughout the outback.
To assist us to provide these world class services we are seeking applications from a motivated and dynamic person to play a key role in our ambitious and exciting Fundraising program. This role is located at our marketing office within the Sydney CBD.
This role will drive the development and implementation of the Bequest strategy to inspire and engage supporters and the wider public, you will work in the Gifts in Wills team.
Position Responsibilities include
- Liaise with supporters and donors relating to planning giving and bequests.
- Asses innovative approaches to enhance the donor pipeline.
- Arrange and attend face to face meetings with donor across Sydney metro areas.
- Develop strong relationships with supporters, bequestors, executors and trustees.
- Implement a bequest strategy of promotion and retention to existing and prospective supporters.
- Generate reports on key metric, including revenue forecasting via data segmentation.
Successful business development, fundraising or sales executive, with an ability to build strong relationships. Your experience will include managing supporter and customer engagement and utilising best practice communication tools. Your track record will have:
- Experience of customer identification and research
- Implementing surveys and articulating cases for support
- Ability to analyse data trends to assist cases for support
- Generating relationships via phone and face to face
- Relevant successful experience within the not for profit sector
- Increasing revenue streams from diverse groups of customers
