Description

The Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia South Eastern Section (RFDSSE) provides comprehensive health services to rural and remote communities in far west NSW, SA and QLD.

Supporting our GROW program this position will lead the development of frameworks, systems and projects that improves the existing GROW programs within community engagement and planning activities that will support the RFDSSE Health Services. The role will be responsible for frontline community engagement and relationship management, primarily within the GROW program and supporting staff.

Role responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the development and implementation of 3 new GROW units at selected sites
  • Work with Internal provides of the supply, installation and maintenance of the Aquaponics units within the GROW program
  • Ensure the strategy and plans meet the needs of the GROW program by monitoring and reporting progress and making adjustments as necessary
  • Facilitate project management implementation by creating meaningful documentation of requirements, workflows, data and content
Essential Criteria:
  • Knowledge of the current mental health legislation
  • Experience facilitating community engagement, education and health promotion initiatives
  • Experience in developing details presentations and delivering to a broad demographic
