We’re currently seeking a Supporter Relations Coordinator to join our team in Surry Hills to provide friendly, proactive and engaging interactions with financial and non-financial supporters and the general public. About the Role:
- Reach out to supporters, primarily through the telephone to answer communications to financial, non-financial supporters and members of the general public.
- Build effective relationships quickly to engage and retain supporters and internal stakeholders
- Meet general donor gift processing service level agreement times by undertaking the processing of single donations received via mail, phone and in person within SLA timelines.
- Maintain database integrity, following internal privacy policies.
What experience do you have?
- Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in speaking to supporters on inbound/outbound phone calls
- Fast and accurate data entry and administration skills
- Experience in donor/customer services or call centre
- Ability to plan and organise work to meet deadlines and prioritize daily tasks
- Demonstrated experience of using databases, preferably Raisers Edge
- Experience of MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
