The Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) Tasmania today confirms Robin Allardice has commenced as Chair of the Board.
Mr Allardice succeeds Governor‑Designate Caroline Wells, who stepped down on 31 May after nearly 18 years of service to the RFDS Tasmania Board.
Bringing extensive governance, strategic and commercial leadership experience, Mr Allardice takes on the role at a time of increasing demand for healthcare access across rural and remote communities.
RFDS Tasmania Chief Executive Officer Nicole Henty welcomed the appointment and acknowledged Ms Wells’ significant contribution.
